Backstory:l The 4th of the 8 Relics created by Moro. Moro was welly aware of the destructive and vindictive nature of humans. Expecting the same of the 2nd world mortals, he'd create a relic capable of temporarily ceasing the most likely panic, bending.

What it does:l Ability to disable all bending including the user's within 200 meters for up to 5 post at the user's reaction time. Cooldown = amount of post used for + 3. 100 AP. Note, this will not cease any already existing technique that doesn't require constant upkeep from the user. Thus a lightning strike cannot be ended with this method.
Secondly, the ability called True Mirror.
True Mirror: Redirect a single attack of any magnitude back at the user at double the speed and double the power. To do this, the user must be within 50 meters of the attack. This is limited to one use per topic. Requires 150 AP.
