Name: Sleeping Tiger
Element: Water
Rank: S
Backstory: Waterbenders of the past world rarely cared for showing how simply powerful they were. However, this technique would do that with another goal in mind. It could be used a bluff to ward off opponents or as means of sensory. Past that, it could even be used for future attacking.
Appearance:
Activation Motion: Arms out at both sides
Duration: Up to 10 Post
Cooldown: Post used + 4
Range: 50 Meters
Forces: Depends on mode. Ice/Water Spikes = 80 Pierce Force
Speed: Droplets form at 80 Speed.
Health: -
Stat Boosts: -
Stats Required: 60 Bending Precision, 45 Bending Strength, 20 Bending Fluidity.
What it does: The user extends both arms outwards and water droplets are formed from either rain or moisture in the air. This field of suspended droplets remains for 50 meters. Vision is not obscured. If one passes through the droplets, they reform once the object leaves the position. Once this is done, the user can move their arms elsewhere and the suspension will continue.
In this field of droplets, the user can sense all movement no matter how fast automatically even if it exceeds their reaction time.
Now, if wished, the user can clench their fist once both arms are down to turn all droplets into micro spikes. Which can then be directed towards a position within 50 meters at the user's will. They move at 80 speed with 80 piercing force. All of the possible droplets that would kill the user stop before hitting them, thus no damage. (Maximum of 100 Spikes hit body, damage doesn't stack but can kill via say piercing heart, brain, etc.)
If the user wills it, he can also make it so spikes don't damage or hit their comrades as well.
Should the user know ice, they can form these spikes in ice as well.
Should the technique be used in attack mode, the rain droplets will end and the technique is put into cooldown.
